Loan Junction ("we", "us") is a loan consultancy based in Narayan Peth, Pune. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why we collect it and the choices you have. We process personal data in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

Enquiry details you give us: name, phone number, email address, the loan type and amount you are interested in, and anything you write in the message box.
Basic technical data: your IP address, used briefly to protect the form from spam and abuse.

The EMI calculator, prepayment planner, credit-score checker and document checklist run entirely in your browser. The numbers you enter into them are not sent to us. Your language choice, sound setting and checklist ticks are saved only in your own browser.

AI assistant

If you use the chat assistant, your messages are sent to our AI provider, Anthropic, to generate a reply. Please don't share PAN, Aadhaar, bank account numbers or passwords in the chat. Chat replies are general guidance, not financial advice.

Third-party content

Our contact section embeds Google Maps, and WhatsApp links open WhatsApp. These services may set their own cookies and are governed by Google's and WhatsApp's privacy policies.

Why we use it

To contact you about your enquiry by call, WhatsApp or email, as you agreed when submitting the form.
To understand your requirement and suggest suitable loan options.
To keep a record of your consent and our communication with you.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without asking you first.

Sharing with lenders

We only share your details with a bank or lending institution after you have confirmed you want to proceed with an application through us. Those lenders process your data under their own privacy policies.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting loan application, and for any period required by law. After that, the data is deleted.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

tell you what personal data we hold about you
correct or update it
delete it, or withdraw your consent to be contacted

Withdrawing consent does not affect anything we did with your data before you withdrew it.
